Konstantinos C. Apostolakis, owner of Gortyn Code single-person enterprise ("Gortyn Code") respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of those persons using Gortyn Code software, games, web pages, social media profiles and pages, as well as other services ("Services") provided by Gortyn Code on mobile or other platform. This Privacy Policy helps you understand what personal information/data ("Personal Information") and non-personal information may be collected, and explains Gortyn Code's policy regarding the collection and use of this information.

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the aforementioned Services, and you should read this document before using the Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to the Gortyn Code Terms of Use. By using the Services, you consent to the information practices described in this Policy.

"Personal Information" refers to information, which allows a user to be specifically identified as an individual person. Gortyn Code may also collect "non-personal information" meaning it can't be used to specifically identify anyone. Non-personal information may also result from removing the personally identifiable parts from Personal Information. We may collect and use both types of information and combinations of both types.

Gortyn Code shall not be responsible for the actions of third parties (including people, companies or services), the content of third-party websites, the usage of the information provided by the User to such third parties, or any products or services they may offer.

Personal Information 

All personal details that you provide to the Gortyn Code website are absolutely safe, private, and secure. Gortyn Code respects the importance of information security and confidentiality, and does not disclose them to outside sources.

Gortyn Code does not share your information with any third parties, with the exception of verified and secure e-commerce payment providers. The Gortyn Code developed Ninja Tag Team: Slash n' Dash game features an in-game store (native Google Play activity) that allows the user to purchase packs of virtual currency as consumable goods.When placing orders, The aforementioned e-commerce payment provider handles your personal information and keeps it absolutely safe and secure - in fact, even Gortyn Code cannot access your credit card information. Your personal information (excluding credit card data) is shared with Gortyn Code only for administration purposes.

You can always choose not to provide your personal details, though they might be needed to make a purchase or take advantage of some of Gortyn Code's specific features. 

Information Collection and Use 



Gortyn Code collects personal information to improve the manner in which we operate and offer our products and services, communicate with you about those products and services, and provide effective, timely customer support when needed. We may collect the following information from our users:

First name, last name, email address, billing address, and phone number

For processing transactions, Gortyn Code also collects either credit card information, depending on your form of payment, though Gortyn Code does not store any credit card information once your transaction is complete.
Gortyn Code also collects Non-personal Information, a term that refers to data that does not identify you. Such information can be related to the Game (including, but not limited to your in-game score, how long you've been playing, and your in-game activities) or to the general use (including, but not limited to internet protocol addresses, browser types, browser languages, referring and exit URLs, and number of clicks).

Gortyn Code reserves the right to use all content generated by our users. By such content, it is meant that all content that users publish through the game and that is visible to other users (including, but not limited to wall posts, sent messages, and other kinds of interaction with other players). Please note that Gortyn Code does not guarantee the protection of any Personal Information posted in comments and/or on user walls. With that in mind, please double-check information before publishing it in the public domain. Gortyn Code is in no way responsible for how that information is used by other parties.

Personal and Non-personal Information help Gortyn Code improve the quality of its products, services, and content, and/or technically manage the Gortyn Code blog website or applications (including, but not limited to logging your IP address to monitor traffic). Gortyn Code will never disclose your IP address to a third party.

In the event that local law requires, and/or if Gortyn Code believes it will hep avoid liability or fraud, and/or to comply with legal processes, Gortyn Code may disclose or access information about you, including but not limited to sharing information with the government and other companies. Gortyn Code does not have to and will not question governmental requests and processes. 

Special Note about Children 

According to the Gortyn Code Terms of Use, you must be at least 13 years old to access and/or use the Gortyn Code website and software.

Gortyn Code strongly recommends that minors aged 13-17 seek consent from a parent or legal guardian before accessing and/or using the Gortyn Code blog website or Games and providing any private information. 


AdMob by Google 

The application collects and transmits the Android advertising identifier ("Advertising ID"), which is a unique, user-resettable ID for advertising, provided by the mobile device's operating system ("AdMob by Google service"). Through the mobile application, AdMob by Google service places software development kits (SDKs) onto mobile devices in order to serve personalized advertising. These ads can be personalized to the specific demographics, wants, needs, and behaviors of the users to provide the most relevant advertising experience. Google may use the advertising ID from the device on which the ad is serving to generate interests and demographics (for example, 'sports enthusiasts'). Interests, demographics, and other data may be used to serve better targeted ads to the user.
